You directly provide Howard Visuals with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
Fill in an online form sent to you as you have expressed interest in our services.
Fill in a physical form given to you in person at events or meetings

Howard Visuals collects your data so that we can:

How is your data stored?
Data is processed at the Data Controller’s operating office and in any other places where the third parties involved with the processing are located.
Handwritten documents and printed documents containing data are stored in a locked filing cabinet behind a locked door. Computers are locked and password protected when unattended.
Your personal data is stored for a maximum of 7 years after the photographs/product is delivered. Once the 7 years has expired, your personal data will be deleted from computers and physical documents will be destroyed.
Payment data is never stored or processed directly by Howard Visuals. Payments are fulfilled by Paypal and Shootproof, please find a link to their privacy policies above.
What are your data protection rights?
Howard Visuals would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user/interested party is entitled to the following
The right to access – You have the right to request Howard Visuals for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
